Hello!

I play TE4 on my PS5. I used to play in the living room with a Xiaomi TV, but I recently purchased a gaming monitor screen.

Because of this change, I felt the game much more responsive. So then I went back to the TV and confirmed the issue: input lag. I asked ChatGPT and tried a few things to discard possible problems:

- HDMI cable.
- TV audio and image configuration.
- PS5 image configurations.
- In-game image settings.

But nothing changed. I did not try with other TV of my own (yet).

Yesterday I was able to try it on an LG TV with Game Mode turned on, and had the same issue.

Maybe it means that the LG game mode isn't that good...

You can use the Footwork Boost (in your Character Sheet) to compensate for the input lag.

Hello, I just discovered something. The issue was due to the VSync option. I had it on, the game showed 60 fps (fixed), and now that it is off, the game runs at 250-280 fps, and it is much more responsive (both on TV and monitor). I believe more people could have the same issue.
