I can't correct the wimbledon 2d court bug. because if you copy the "pak1" you get a bug.
1-You need to download Qped : https://www.managames.com/download.php?QPed.zip
2-Open Qped, afer this, open the file "Pak01".
3-Go to court02.
4-Delete court_used.jpg
5-Close Qped (you need to save).
6-Go to installation folder of Tennis elbow, open the folder "Data" Open "Court02" and delete court_used.jpg

And play the game !!!
