update on 2025 rankings. old saves should be working fine with this version.
just change the name and replace the old Players.ATP.ini file

In the court.ini of the court you need to change these values (I think in this case is the serve and info one but I would change all):
InfoX = -1800
InfoY = -1800
ServeX = -1800
ServeY = -1800
TimeX = -1800
TimeY = -1800

These are the values in one court in Sam Megapatch and it works with them.
The court ini is in "...\steamapps\common\Tennis Elbow 2013\Mods\ATP 2023 Megapatch by Sam\Data\CustomCourt02\court.ini" for example. If you have other mod or other folder structure it would be different obviously but I guess it's similar.
