hello I was wondering if you can install 2 mods on the pc, I have tried by copying the game folder but it only takes me the mod that has the original steam folder

No you can't ; but you can install 2 mods or more with 2 installations (or more) of TE 2013.
I have 3 mods on my PC (juan, sam & women)

but, in steam i can install only once, how can i install twice?
