I have just create 4 players before activating TEM2, and when enabling TEM2 mode... Can I change the Coach's name, Redistribute the stars, and changing the nationality using Devmode?

You can use a Hex Editor to change the Coach nationality. For the name, it's possible if the number of letters is the same. Or maybe some Hex Editor let you add/remove values...

No, it's a number, so it's kinda hard to find it.
