Lately, I’ve noticed an increasing number of player retirements in tour matches. While I get that it can sometimes stem from momentary frustration—and setting aside valid off-court reasons—I still think it shows a lack of sportsmanship and ruins the tournament draws.

I'm starting this thread to propose a penalty system for players who accumulate retirements. For example, 3 retirements = tournament ban, or something along those lines. I honestly believe this is something that should be penalized.
